WorkshopOut of Head into Body

Practical training for authentic presence and spontaneous interaction in unpredictable social moments.

March 17

WorkshopOut of Head into Body

This is not an acting class. It's a embodied social intelligence training ground for everyday life.Using practical tools from theater and improvisation, this workshop helps you move from constant thinking into embodied action.

Through play, movement, and interactive exercises, you’ll practice responding naturally, connecting with people, and acting with confidence in unpredictable situations.

No stage. No audience. Just a safe, energetic space to experiment, connect, and discover a more spontaneous version of yourself.

The Situation:

We analyze conversations instead of participating in them. We rehearse what we should have said after the moment is already gone. We spend most of our time in our heads, thinking instead of experiencing.

You might recognize yourself here:

• You overthink instead of acting in important moments

• You replay conversations in your head afterward

• Social anxiety sometimes holds you back

• You want authentic connection without pretending or performing

• You crave experiences that make you feel free be present and alive

• You’re curious to explore new sides of yourself in new ways

We invite you to explore a practical way to step out of that loop.

The Practices:

Through a series of playful but powerful exercises, we’ll explore how actors train presence, spontaneity, and connection — and apply those tools to everyday life.

We practice the same foundations through:

Embodiment exercises

Partner improvisation

Group dynamics exercises

Creative challenges through play

Core acting principles for everyday life

What to expect

The workshop is a 3-hour guided experience designed to gradually move you from thinking to embodied action.

Phase 1

ARRIVAL & GROUNDING

We begin by establishing a safe and supportive space. Through a group check-in and simple awareness exercises, you’ll shift attention from thinking to sensing and reconnect with your body.

Phase 2

AWAKENING THE BODY & GROUP ENERGY

Through movement, coordination, and synchronization exercises, the group begins to build trust and shared rhythm. These activities wake up spontaneity and help you react faster without overthinking.

Phase 3

IMPROVISATION & REAL-LIFE SCENARIOS

In pairs and small groups, you’ll practice responding to unexpected situations. Through improvisation games and spontaneous conversations, you’ll experience how action can come before analysis.

Phase 4

INTEGRATION

We finish by reflecting on the experience and identifying what you want to bring into your everyday life.
You’ll leave with a clear sense of how to apply these tools in real situations.
