WorkshopImprovisation

This is not an acting class. It's a gym for reality.

WorkshopImprovisation

Life doesn't give you a script. Neither does this workshop. Improvisation Workshop is a 3-hour experience where you practice the core skill of being present, responsive, and genuinely connected — in the moment, with real people, without preparation.

Using the same tools actors train with, we explore what happens when you stop trying to control the outcome and start trusting what emerges. You'll leave with a different relationship to uncertainty — and a few games you'll want to play again.

The Situation:

Modern life rarely follows a script. Conversations shift, plans change, and unexpected moments require us to respond quickly. But many of us have learned to rely on preparation, control, and “the right answer.” When the situation changes, we often hesitate, overthink, or freeze.

You might recognize yourself here:

• constant self-analysis and overthinking

• fear of saying the wrong thing

• difficulty reacting spontaneously

• tension in the body during conversations or presentations

• social anxiety or emotional distance

• having ideas but struggling to express them under attention

The Practices:

Improv isn't about being funny. It's about listening, accepting, and building together — the same skills that make you effective at work, in relationships, and in life. We train these skills through structured play.

We practice the same foundations through:

"Yes, and..." — building on what's offered instead of resisting it

Active listening — hearing what's actually said, not what you expected

Supporting your partner — making others look good

Accepting mistakes — treating everything as material

Staying in the moment — presence as a practiced skill

What to expect

The course unfolds over three stages

PHASE 1

REMOVING MASKS (45 MIN)

We slow down, land in the body, and let go of the social armor. Grounding exercises, authentic movement, and awareness practices help you arrive — fully — into the room and into the group.

PHASE 2

WARM-UP (30 MIN)

Energy games and group synchronization exercises wake up attention and reaction. Counting to 8, rhythm games, mirroring — simple structures that start building collective awareness and trust.

PHASE 3

MPROVISATION & CONNECTION (60 MIN)

The core of the workshop. Pair and group improv exercises — the Realtor, Cats vs Dogs, Party Planning, Silent Sync — where you practice being present, responsive, and playful in real time.

Phase 4

INTEGRATION (30 MIN)

We close by reflecting on what happened — what surprised you, what shifted, what you noticed. The principles of improv translate directly into everyday life, and we name those connections together.
