WorkshopPlayground

3 hours of pure play. No theory. No judgment. Just games.

February 24
March 31
Thursdays, 7–9:30pm
Held in English

WorkshopPlayground

When did you last play? Not scroll. Not network. Not optimize. Just play — freely, fully, without a goal.

Playground is a 3-hour session built entirely from games. Games that actors use to train presence, spontaneity, focus, and connection.

No theory, no exercises, no analysis. You arrive, you play, you leave lighter. We select the 5–10 best games from our method — the ones that get people out of their heads and into the moment the fastest. Then we play them. That's it.

The Situation:

Adults stop playing. It happens gradually — school, work, responsibilities. We forget what it feels like to do something just for the joy of it, without outcome, without performance, without a reason to justify it.

You might recognize yourself here:

• Your mind is always busy — even when you're trying to rest

• You've forgotten what it feels like to be completely absorbed in something fun

• You want real connection with people, not small talk

• You feel like you're on autopilot and something needs to shift

• You want to laugh — genuinely, unexpectedly, with strangers who become friends

• You're curious what happens when there's no agenda

The Practices:

These are the games actors use to train attention, spontaneity, group connection, and the ability to act without overthinking. They work without any acting background — just a willingness to show up and try.

Attention & reaction games (Hi-Ha-Ho, Zip-Zap-Boing)

Group synchronization (Counting, Ninja)

Partner play & trust (Mirror, Catch the Neighbor's Finger)

Energy & movement games (Tag-Hugs, Zombies & Chickens)

Spontaneous creativity games (Vampires, Party Planning)

What to expect

The session has a simple shape: we arrive, we warm up, we play.

OPENING RITUAL (15 MIN)

Personal introductions, a group check-in, shared ground rules, and our signature "Remove Your Head" ritual — a physical signal that we're leaving analysis at the door and entering the playground.

GAMES — PART 1 (60 MIN)

We move through a curated sequence of games, each one building presence, connection, and playfulness. Expect laughter, surprise, moments of focus, and genuine delight.

BREAK (15 MIN)

Breathe, hydrate, connect with people you just played with.

GAMES — PART 2 (60 MIN)

The energy deepens. The group is warmer. The games get better.

CHECK-OUT

A brief closing circle — what you noticed, what surprised you, what you're taking home.

Participants consistently describe leaving Playground feeling lighter, more energized, and more connected — to themselves and to others.

A quiet mind

A quiet mind

Play is one of the fastest ways to interrupt the mental chatter. Three hours in, you'll notice your head is unusually still.

Energy

Energy

Not the kind you perform. The kind that's actually there when you're not depleted by constant thinking.
