Adults Forgot How to PlayA practical theatre-based experience for HR specialists working with teams

When did you last play? Not scroll. Not network. Not optimize. Just play — freely, fully, without a goal.

"We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing".

The Situation

Life gets busy and digitally overloaded. Our mind is always on, we’re moving on autopilot, and real connection starts to feel rare. We miss that sense of being fully alive — doing something just for fun, no reason, just because.

We All Get Here:

• The mind never really switches off

• Running on autopilot

• Real connection is missing

• Play feels far away

• Wanting to laugh freely with others

The Practices

Playground is a 2-hour session built around games and structured exercises actors use to develop presence, spontaneity, focus, and connection. You’ll practice with no scripts, no experience, and no preparation — just show up and play in real time.

How We Play:

Attention & reaction

Group synchronization

Partner play & trust

Energy & movement

Spontaneous creativity

What you’ll experience

Come Alive

Come Alive

We are never more fully alive, more completely ourselves, or more deeply engaged than when we are playing.

Quiet Your Mind

Quiet Your Mind

Play quiets a busy mind fast — your brain chills, and your body’s already in the game.

Be Here, Fully

Be Here, Fully

Focus, attention, and awareness — growing naturally through play, movement, and real-time experience.

Feel the Energy

Feel the Energy

Expect to leave feeling lighter, more energized, and more connected — to yourself and the people around you.
